It is not easy that ready to wear apparel or garment manufacturing involves many processing steps, beginning with the idea or design concept and ending with a finished product. Apparel manufacturing process involves Product Design, Fabric Selection and Inspection, Patternmaking, Grading, Marking, Spreading, Cutting, Bundling, Sewing, Pressing or Folding, Finishing and Detailing, Dyeing and Washing, QC etc.
Step1. Drawing outfit
Our designers will draw the design ideas on the computer based on your request.
Step2. Patterns
Career Definition for a Patternmaker. Patternmakers use their knowledge of fabrics, sewing skills and ability to translate these ideas or designs into a paper pattern. Generally, the initial design is just a rough conceptual outline.
Step3. Cutting the fabric
Properly preparing and cutting the fabric is the first step in sewing durable garments. Accurately cropping your pattern is crucial on the straight line of the texture.
Step4. Sewing, Adjusting the machinery
High power single needle or computerized sewing machines are used to complete the sewing operation. Sewing together the pieces until we started to see our design finally coming to life.
